SpareHand DBR9161CP Review: SpareHand Q-Rak Dual Bike Rack - Floor To Ceiling Storage Rack. I purchased one of these lower price units and also one of the Topeak pole units. The Topeak shows German engineering and much higher quality so it is easy to understand why it costs more. The adjustment of the Sparehand is crude but probably adquate if using in a garage with concrete floor and if your are not worried about your ceiling.
