PetSafe S-VA-11 Review: PetSafe Small Replacement Two-Piece Single Flap, S-VA-11. We had an older, metal, Johnson pet door, but went to another website that sells Petsafe to get the information about which model number would fit our door. Johnson no longer makes these doors: Petsafe has acquired Johnson, and their replacement flaps also fit the older Johnson doors. This was supposedly the right one for our door, and we had great success with it.
